Balbinder Johal entrepreneurial journey began in 1998 at age 26 with the opening of Factory Direct Furniture in Chilliwack. What started as a modest 5,000 sq ft store grew into a thriving business that expanded to a 26,000 sq ft location by 2004.
With a vision for growth and innovation, Balbinder Johal rebranded to House 2 Home Furnishing in 2007 and expanded to multiple locations. This success in retail led to ventures in manufacturing with BC Pin Furniture and property development with Wave Developments.
Today, Balbinder leads Clearway Site Services, specializing in retaining walls, pavers, excavation, and custom home building—continuing a legacy of quality and customer satisfaction.
